Food Information Regulations

As a retailer of food products, NoFroth Coffee complies with the Food Information to Consumers Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 as retained in UK law, and the Food Information Regulations 2014. Product information, including allergen details, is provided to us by our third-party suppliers. If you have any specific allergen or dietary concerns, please contact us before placing an order and we will do our best to obtain the relevant information on your behalf.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us in the first instance at hello@nofroth.coffee so that we can work to resolve the matter directly.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. Details of ADR providers approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute can be found at www.tradingstandards.uk.

Your statutory rights to pursue a claim through the courts of England and Wales remain unaffected.
