Medium Roasts

Medium roast coffee strikes a wonderful balance, it sits at a sweet spot between the bright, origin-driven complexity of a light roast and the bold, smoky depth of a dark roast, offering the best of both worlds in a single cup.

The beans develop a richer, more rounded body during the roasting process producing warm, comforting notes of chocolate, caramel, and toasted nuts. Crucially, enough of the bean's inherent character is preserved to keep things interesting. The result is a cup that is full-flavoured yet balanced, satisfying without being overwhelming.
