Overview

We want you to be completely happy with your NoFroth Coffee order. Because we sell consumable food products, our returns policy is necessarily limited, but we will always strive to do right by you if something goes wrong.

Perishable & Consumable Goods

Due to the nature of coffee beans and ground coffee, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty or were sent in error. This is in line with UK consumer law, which provides an exemption for sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened due to health and hygiene reasons.

Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (the "cooling-off period"), without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to sealed goods which have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — which includes our coffee products once unsealed.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. If a product is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of whether the item has been opened.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A product that is damaged or defective
  • An item that differs from what you ordered
  • An order that is incomplete

Please contact us at hello@nofroth.coffee within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with a photo where possible. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at hello@nofroth.coffee before sending anything back — we will confirm whether a return is eligible and provide a return address.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
  3. Return the item using a tracked delivery service. We recommend retaining proof of postage.

We are unable to take responsibility for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected a returned item, we will notify you by email and process any eligible refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nofroth.coffee. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once dispatched, the order will need to follow the returns process above.
