El Salvador Roberto's Reserve

Hidden in the western highlands of El Salvador, on the southern slopes of Cerrón Grande at 1,200 to 1,450 metres above sea level, Las Isabellas is a farm that's as beautiful as the coffee it produces.

Owned and lovingly managed by Jose Roberto Santamaria, the farm is home to 175 acres of natural forest, fresh mountain springs and waterfalls — and holds proud Rainforest Alliance certification as part of the Blue Harvest sustainability project.

A blend of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties, this is a sweet, mild and wonderfully approachable coffee, with delicious flavours of plum and chocolate that linger long after the last sip.
